Denise Dye brings more than 24 years of experience in financial
services, leadership, and community engagement to the Noblesville
School Board race. Throughout her career, she has worked in roles
requiring fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, compliance,
communication, and problem-solving—skills that are essential for
effective school board leadership.
A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Denise
understands the importance of strong educational foundations and
preparing students for success in college, careers, skilled
trades, military service, and beyond.
As a mother of
three adult sons and a proud grandmother, Denise has firsthand
experience navigating the challenges and opportunities families
face throughout a child’s educational journey. She believes
parents should be valued partners in education and that schools
should remain focused on academic excellence, student safety, and
responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.

Denise has called Noblesville home for more than a decade and is deeply invested in the future of the community.
